Assosa University Differentiation Roadmap Committee Presents the Draft of the Differentiation Roadmap to High-Level Leaders

(February 13, 2025) – The Differentiation Roadmap Committee has made significant progress by presenting their draft roadmap to the university’s high-level leaders, including the university President Dr. Kemal Abdurahim.

 

President Dr. Kemal Abdurahim acknowledged that Assosa University, being an Applied science university, has a well-presented differentiation roadmap. He also emphasized the importance of the roadmap in guiding the university’s future growth and success.

 

The roadmap draft includes key components such as the university’s vision and goals, market analysis, unique value proposition (UVP), target audience, strategic initiatives, implementation plan, and metrics for success. The committee has been tasked with incorporating the feedback provided by the high-level leaders to refine and finalize the roadmap.The Road map will present to the University senate in the near future.
