The Three Benishangul-Gumuz Languages Digitalization Pre Validation Discussions held at Assosa University

Borna, Gumuz, and Benishangul Languages Digitalization Pre Validation meeting held with the aim to integrate indigenous languages into modern communication platforms through both digital and print formats.

 

The languages translation for digitalization work was carried out following a structured training and development phase led by experts from Benishangul Gumuz Media, Benshangul Gumuz Education Bureau, Benishangul Gumuz Ethnic council members, and Scholars from Assosa University College of Social Science and Humanities.

 

Speaking at the event, Dr. Abdulmuhsin Hassen, Vice President for Research and Technology Transfer at Assosa University, praised the collaborative efforts and announced that the translated content will undergo final validation with relevant stakeholders before official implementation. He also expressed appreciation to all contributors for their dedication to the project’s success.
