Assosa University Holds Erasmus+ Information Session Seminar for Academic Staff

Assosa University conducted an Erasmus+ Information Session Seminar for its academic staff, aimed at promoting international collaboration and capacity building.
 
The seminar was opened by Dr. Yosef Kassa, Director for the Office of Research, International Relations and Partnerships, who pointed out the significance of Erasmus+ by highlighting the grants Assosa University secured last year through the program.
 
During the session, participants viewed a promotional video on ‘Erasmus+ in Africa’ and attended presentations including: ‘Capacity Building in Higher Education’ by Dr. Oumer Sherif, Director for Research, Publication Ethics and Dissemination, ‘Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters & Jean Monnet Activities’ by Dr. Yosef Kassa, ‘Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange’ by Mr. Asnakew Assefa, Officer for CDEP.
 
The seminar engaged Assosa University’s academic staff in discussions on practical ways to participate in Erasmus+ programs, supporting the University’s commitment to strengthening international partnerships and advancing academic excellence.
