Assosa University, in collaboration with UNICEF, has launched a specialized training program designed to strengthen the skills of young instructors in evaluation.
Dr. Abdulmuhsin Hassen, Vice President for Research and Technology Transfer at the University, informed that the aim of the training to build instructors’ capacity for evidence-based education, promote accountability, and ensure that research findings contribute to better policies and improved learning outcomes.
He further highlighted the partnership with UNICEF reflects a shared commitment to advancing quality education and fostering innovation for the next generation.
The training is given by Dr. Mussaraf Youssuf, Education Specialist at the UNICEF Ethiopia Country Office, underscoring the importance of collaborative efforts in empowering researchers and strengthening institutional capacity.
