Research and Technology Transfer Work Unit Signs KPI Agreement to Advance Institutional Excellence
Following the Assosa University president agreement with Vices, the Research and Technology Transfer Vice President Work Unit has signed an internal Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Agreement to reinforce accountability, quality, and strategic execution within its domain.

(Assosa University, October 29, 2025) In alignment with Assosa University’s strategic goals and its prior KPI agreement with the University President, the Research and Technology Transfer Work Unit has taken a significant step toward institutional performance enhancement. Dr. Abdulmuhsin Hassen, Vice President for Research and Technology Transfer, signed the internal KPI Agreement with directors under his leadership.

The KPI framework is designed to ensure that all activities within the work unit are executed effectively, transparently, and in a timely manner contributing to the university’s broader mission of institutional growth and innovation.
This agreement sets a strong foundation for a results-driven culture within the Research and Technology Transfer Work Unit—where leadership collaboration, measurable outcomes, and strategic alignment are key to long-term success.
