Assosa University’s Differentiation Team presented a progress report on the institution’s strategic transition to a University of Applied Science.

Dr. Wondim Mekuriya, lead of the Differentiation Team, presented an overview of the strategic transition document to university management and team members.

During the strategic meeting, the team presented key insights into the university’s transformation process, highlighting critical aspects of implementation and stakeholder engagement.

Recognizing the complexity of the transition, university leadership made a decisive move to alleviate the Differentiation Team from additional responsibilities, enabling them to concentrate exclusively on the strategic shift. A structured communication schedule was also established to maintain consistent progress monitoring and collaborative engagement.
